These terms govern your use of Funky EPOS. By creating an account you agree to them.
Funky EPOS provides point-of-sale software delivered over the internet. We provide it on a Free tier and a paid Pro tier with optional add-ons, as described on our pricing page.
The Free tier is £0. Pro is £8/month and add-ons £5/month each, billed monthly in advance. We never charge a per-transaction fee or take any percentage of your sales. Card-processing fees, if any, are charged by your own card-reader provider, not by us.
Pro is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time and continue on the Free tier. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, but you will not be charged again.
Your menu, sales and report data remain yours. You can export it to CSV at any time. We back it up off-site daily and isolate each trader's data. See our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other traders' data, or use it for unlawful activity. You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu and pricing and for meeting your own tax and licensing obligations.
Support is provided by email at hello@funkyepos.uk with a 48-hour response target. Funky EPOS is a self-serve product; there is no phone support line.
We work hard to keep the service available and reliable, including offline trading on your device and daily backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-product. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
